This policy explains what Garage Doors Pickering & Ajax collects when you use this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send the form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, postal code, what happened to your door, your message, how you heard about us, and any photo you attach. When you call or text, we see your phone number.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to you, quote and book the job, do the work, and send your invoice and warranty. We may ask you for a review after the job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who handles it
- The form is sent to our email by Resend, an email delivery service.
- The website is hosted by Cloudflare.
Both process the data only to deliver this service. Some of their servers may be outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, including your contact details and photos, for as long as we need them for warranty and tax records. Form messages that do not turn into a job are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for tax or warranty records. Contact us at info@garagedoordurham.ca or 647-584-4077.
Consent
By sending the form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. You can tell us to stop at any time.
