About Garage Doors Pickering & Ajax
Garage Doors Pickering & Ajax is a garage door repair and installation company with an office at 60 Randall Dr in Ajax, serving homeowners in Ajax, Pickering and Whitby, open 24 hours.
Owner-run, with our own crew
Garage Doors Pickering & Ajax is run by its owner, who dispatches our own crew from the Ajax office. We don't sell your call to another company or send a subcontractor you have never heard of. The person who prices your job is the person responsible for it.
The crew speaks English and Arabic. Ask for either when you call.
The office
Our office is at 60 Randall Dr, Ajax, ON L1S 6L3. The crew and the parts go out from here, which is why we reach Ajax and Pickering calls within 20-30 minutes in Ajax and Pickering, day or night. The crew is out on calls most of the day, so call 647-584-4077 before you drop by.
How we work
- Prices posted. Every repair has a starting price on our price page, plus HST.
- You approve the price first. You approve the price before any work starts. Nothing is added after.
- Warranty in writing. Every repair carries a 3-year labour warranty, springs we install carry 3 years, and other parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
- Open 24 hours. A person answers the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The after-hours fee is $75 + HST, stated before we come.
- No travel fee. No travel fee anywhere in our service area.
Why we publish our prices
Most garage door companies in Durham won't put a number on their website. You call, someone comes out, and the price appears at the door. We think you should know roughly what a spring, a cable or a new door costs before you pick up the phone, so we post a starting price for every job and keep it the same in Ajax and Pickering.
What we fix and install
Broken springs, snapped or loose cables, openers that hum but don't lift, doors off track, and night emergencies. We also install new insulated steel doors and openers, including the one you already bought. See every service from the menu, or the full price list.
Where we work
Ajax and Pickering, every neighbourhood, plus Whitby. No travel fee anywhere in our service area. Pickering homeowners can read more on our Pickering page.
